Valerie Wasser at AGU23
Valerie Wasser, Ph.D. student in volcanology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, has lots of hands-on experience with Alaska volcanoes. At the American Geophysical Union annual meeting Tuesday she presented some of her research about Pavlof Volcano, located on the Alaska Peninsula. Her work explored the volcano’s magmatic plumbing system over time through analysis of olivine-hosted melt inclusions.
